All purchases of CogniMemo are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all transactions involving CogniMemo.


  1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
    All payments, billing, receipts, taxes, and refunds are managed directly by Paddle. By purchasing CogniMemo, you agree that Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Guidelines apply to your transaction.


  2. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds are issued exclusively through Paddle, in accordance with their policies. Paddle may provide a refund in situations covered under their Buyer Terms, including:
    • accidental or duplicate purchases
    • technical issues preventing product access
    • other cases recognized under Paddle’s refund rules


  3. No Additional Refunds by CogniMemo
    CogniMemo does not offer additional or alternative refunds outside of Paddle’s system.
    All refund decisions are made by Paddle, and CogniMemo cannot override, accelerate, or manually issue refunds.


  4. How to Request a Refund
    Customers may request a refund directly through Paddle using the link below:

    You will be asked to provide your email address and transaction receipt to locate the purchase.


  5. Digital Product Nature
    CogniMemo is a digital software service delivered immediately upon purchase. Access begins at the time of payment. Because of this, CogniMemo does not offer returns, cancellations, or partial refunds beyond Paddle’s standard policies.
