These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CogniMemo service (“CogniMemo”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use CogniMemo.


  1. Ownership & Legal Entity
    CogniMemo is owned and operated by its creators, Volkan Çetin and Sami Ullah Tufail, acting as joint owners/sole proprietors until formal incorporation.
    Throughout these Terms, “CogniMemo”, “we”, “our”, and “the Service” refer to this entity and its owners.


  2. Nature of the Service
    CogniMemo is a fully automated digital software product that provides persistent memory, context management, and learning capabilities for AI applications.
    The Service does not include any human-driven services, human review, manual operations, or human-in-the-loop tasks.


  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old or meet the age-of-majority requirements in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using CogniMemo, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


  4. Accounts
    To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.


  5. Use of the Service
    You may use CogniMemo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
    • access or use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities
    • attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Service
    • interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the platform


  6. Payments
    All payments for CogniMemo are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and all associated policies.
    Billing, taxes, invoices, and refunds are managed directly by Paddle.


  7. Refunds
    CogniMemo follows Paddle’s Refund Policy. Refunds are handled solely by Paddle and may be requested through Paddle’s support channels, in accordance with their buyer terms.
    CogniMemo does not provide additional refunds beyond those permitted by Paddle.


  8. Intellectual Property
    All content, code, trademarks, and materials associated with CogniMemo are owned by Volkan Çetin and Sami Ullah Tufail or licensed to them. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.


  9. Data & Privacy
    Your use of CogniMemo is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the processing and storage of data as described in that policy.
    Personal data is processed as minimally as possible, and no human reviews or manual access take place.


  10. Modifications to the Service
    We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, but you acknowledge that availability is not guaranteed.


  11. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your behavior poses a risk to the platform. Upon termination, you must cease all use of CogniMemo.


  12. Disclaimer of Warranties
    CogniMemo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, performance, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.


  13. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CogniMemo and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.


  14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owners operate unless otherwise required by the customer’s local consumer protection laws.
